Wranglers Softball Association collects information submitted through player inquiries, registrations, forms, donations, sponsorships, staff communications, and other website or portal workflows.

This may include parent or guardian names, player names, birth dates, team interests, contact details, email addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, medical or participation information submitted by a parent or legal guardian, electronic signatures, payment-related records, sponsorship details, and communication preferences.

We use information to operate the organization, respond to inquiries, coordinate tryouts, manage teams, deliver forms, maintain player records, process donations and sponsorships, send receipts, communicate with families and sponsors, and support the safety and development of our athletes.

We may use email and, when separately authorized, SMS text messaging to send informational and transactional updates about tryouts, registrations, practices, games, schedule changes, weather alerts, tournaments, forms, payment reminders, and organization announcements.

Consent to SMS messaging is not required to submit an inquiry, register, donate, sponsor, purchase, or participate.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are used only for Wranglers Softball Association communications and for service providers needed to deliver those messages.

Users may opt out by replying STOP and may request assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Donation and sponsorship payment information is processed through Stripe. Wranglers Softball Association does not store full payment card numbers on the website or staff portal.

When a parent, guardian, player, sponsor, volunteer, or staff member completes a form or policy acknowledgement electronically, we may store the submitted responses, typed signature, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and document version for recordkeeping and audit purposes.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and portal, including Stripe for payments, Twilio for future SMS delivery, Clerk for authentication, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, and database or storage providers for secure records. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services to Wranglers Softball Association.

Player information is submitted by parents or legal guardians for organization, registration, safety, and participation purposes. Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request review or correction of their child’s information.

We retain records as needed for organization operations, safety, accounting, compliance, team history, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
