These terms describe the rules and expectations for using Wranglers Softball Association website, forms, payment, and communication services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, completing a form, making a donation, sponsoring the organization, or otherwise interacting with Wranglers Softball Association online, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the website and portal workflows for lawful, accurate, and organization-related purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with website security, access private staff areas without authorization, or submit false or misleading information.
Player Inquiries and Registrations
Player inquiries, tryout registrations, and roster communications help the organization evaluate interest and coordinate team operations. Submitting an inquiry or registration does not guarantee tryout placement, roster selection, playing time, or team assignment.
Parent and Guardian Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for submitting accurate information for minor athletes and for keeping contact, medical, emergency, and participation information current.
Electronic Forms and Signatures
When you type your name, submit an electronic signature, check an acknowledgement, or complete a secure form, you authorize Wranglers Softball Association to treat that submission as an electronic record connected to the named player, parent, guardian, sponsor, volunteer, or staff record.
Donations and Sponsorship Payments
Donations and sponsorship payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Sponsorship benefits, goods, services, or recognition may affect tax treatment. Wranglers Softball Association does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
Refund requests, payment disputes, sponsorship questions, and special circumstances are reviewed according to the organization’s applicable policies, agreements, and board or staff review processes.
SMS Terms
Users may opt in to receive informational and transactional SMS messages from Wranglers Softball Association. Messages may include tryout reminders, registration updates, practice schedules, game information, weather cancellations, tournament updates, forms, payment reminders, and organization announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, registration, donation, sponsorship, or participation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Website Availability
We work to keep the website and portal available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Wranglers Softball Association names, logos, imagery, documents, forms, and website content may not be copied, altered, or used without permission except where allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wranglers Softball Association is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, communications, scheduling changes, or third-party service availability.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as organization needs, services, laws, or technology change. The last updated date will reflect the current version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
